Boarded dogs must be picked up Monday through Friday before 4 PM. If you pick your dog up after 4:00 PM, you will be charged a convenience fee of $25.
We require $50 deposits for the following:
These deposits are fully refundable up to five days prior to the first date of the scheduled boarding stay. Cancellations made less than five days prior to the first day of the boarding stay are non-refundable, but we will apply a credit toward future boarding reservations to your account.

Peak Season Pricing
During our most in-demand boarding timeframes, a nightly Peak Season surcharge will be added to all boarding reservations. Peak season dates include any major holidays and local school breaks. Please call for more information!
You can, but it isn't a requirement. We do recommend bringing your dog’s own food for consistency and to prevent digestive upset. We proudly provide Dog Lovers Gold as our house food should you choose not to bring your pet’s food from home for an additional fee of $2.00 per dog per day. House food is $3/cup.
Yes. We can feed dogs staying in the same enclosure separately to ensure they can both eat in peace. Let us know if your dogs need to eat separately at check-in, and we’ll make a note of it on their account.
Holidays and summer weekends tend to fill up quickly. Try to make reservations as far in advance as possible to ensure your dog’s spot.
Yes, but you must specify them as someone approved to pick up your pet. Payment must be made, so we will need to bill the credit card on file, or other arrangements must be made when having someone else pick your dog up.
Yes. Though daycare is included in the cost of boarding, we realize that some dogs either do not enjoy or are simply not cut out for group play. If your dog does not participate in daycare, we will provide multiple opportunities for one-on-one interaction and exercise.
Yes. While we have plenty of blankets and toys here, you are welcome to bring your own if it would make your dog more comfortable in their suite.
